Your new role
Conduct testing across digital tools and platforms, including E2E, SIT, UAT, and BVT phases.
Analyse data, generate reports, and apply statistical methods for insights.
Monitor and improve data quality in case management systems and support FFT reporting.
Develop and review test strategies, scripts, and coverage plans to ensure quality assurance.
Assist participants, providers, and representatives with UAT and BVT processes.
Communicate complex technical information clearly to varied audiences.
Foster collaborative relationships across teams and technical areas to drive outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong test case traceability and defect management skills
Solid grasp of test phases, types, and Agile delivery
Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and frameworks (Cucumber)
Proficient in test management tools (X-Ray, JIRA, ALM)
Skilled in stakeholder communication and defining test/defect metrics
