Your new role

• Ensuring the stability, availability, and reliability of production platforms and applications through structured user testing.
• Experience using Playwright and Selenium would be an advantage.
• Giro confluence
• Zephyr (added on to giro) but flexible
• Hands-on and run scripts
• Liaising with business users, business analysts, and developers to ensure testing aligns with requirements.
• Writing test plans, developing test cases, executing test plans, and documenting findings in comprehensive test reports.
• Leading quality assurance processes across multiple platforms through the creation and execution of test strategies.
• Monitoring the performance of contractors delivering testing services to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality expectations.
• Coaching and mentoring Test Analysts, providing professional training to maintain high technical standards.
• Ensuring defect escalation and resolution in alignment with client's procedures.
• Executing safety responsibilities in accordance with safety management system requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in user testing and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills for data acquisition, analysis, and documentation.
• Expertise in developing test strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A track record of mentoring and developing test teams.
• A deep understanding of automated testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including outside regular business hours.
