Your new role

This newly created function is focused on centralising data reporting and analytics to improve data quality and support digital and customer initiatives. As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work across multiple teams to clarify reporting requirements, enhance pipeline maturity, and drive data clean-up efforts. You’ll also help establish regular reporting rhythms and support senior leadership with actionable insights.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Technical BA in Financial Services (highly regarded)

• Strong data analysis skills, with experience using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI

• Confidence in conducting stakeholder interviews and elaborating requirements

• A solid understanding of data landscapes and the ability to identify gaps and opportunities

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
