Based in Melbourne CBD, this dynamic construction company is going through a rapid period of growth. With several high-profile projects recently secured, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to play a key role in building a high-performing team and driving strategic growth.

Your new role

As a Senior TA Specialist, you will take a hands-on approach to recruitment and lead a small team managing all active recruitment roles concurrently. As the business grows, you will support national expansion efforts, build strong industry relationships and map out strategic talent pools externally. You will also identify workforce gaps to contribute to strategic hiring decisions aligned with project needs, e.g. resource planning and integration across new and existing projects. Other than that, this role will also be required to manage a small panel of vendors and work on continuous improvement of the recruitment processes, framework and systems utilisation.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a hands-on recruiter, with a strong track record of strategic sourcing
• Prior recruitment experience in the construction sector
• Ability to engage stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Comfortable working fully on-site
