A growing National Managed IT & Print Service Provider requires a Senior Systems Engineer to join their Adelaide office for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing 3rd level IT support for clients.
  • Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
  • Performing technical support of servers, networks, unified communications and hardware.
  • Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
  • Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 & Level 2 Engineers.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience of project delivery and level 3 support in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Intune, VMware / Hyper-V, Backup technologies, UC and Network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Access4, HPE Aruba and Check Point is highly regarded.
  • Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Aruba, WatchGuard, Check Point and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
  • A current driver’s license and vehicle.
