I am currently exclusively engaged with one of the most prominent Builder Developers on the Gold Coast, as we search for the right Site Manager to assist in spear heading this epic build and their continued growth in the region. Your new role

We are looking for a seasoned Site Manager to spearhead a prestigious project in the vibrant heart of the Gold Coast, boasting breathtaking beach front views and architectural marvels. In this role you will lead a strong team of construction professionals on a landmark project. Overseeing this luxury Highrise will require prior experience in similar high-end residential towers in excess of $50million. With a construction cost in excess of $150 million, this is not the largest project currently under construction on the Gold Coast, but nothing else will match its opulence.
This is a pivotal role for my client, and we are determined to find the right experience and fit. However, with things moving so quickly, we have the ability for an immediate start for the right person.

What you'll need to succeed

Being successful in this role will mean you are a skilled and experienced Site Manager, you will be adept at coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and materials deliveries, ensuring project success and timely delivery. You will have experience managing construction programs, leading project teams, driving efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative environment with your team.
You will be a reliable and committed leader as well as a strategic problem solver to ensure day to day goals and long term success is achieved.
