Your new role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you will take charge of the site operations for the duration of the project, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish. You’ll coordinate trades, manage safety and compliance, and drive the program to meet key milestones. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing complex fitouts.

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily site activities and managing subcontractors
- Ensuring adherence to WHS standards and site safety protocols
- Monitoring project timelines and reporting progress
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Resolving site issues and maintaining quality standards
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience managing commercial fitout projects valued at $2M+
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient using Procore/1Breadcrumb
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- White Card and relevant construction qualifications
- Availability to commit to the full duration of the project
