Your new role

As the SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Finance solution design, covering both functional process expertise and technical solution architecture. You will drive the translation of business requirements into scalable, standardised, and future-ready solutions within S/4HANA, including core Finance (FICO), Controlling, Asset Accounting, Universal Journal, and Group Reporting. Your role involves solution architecture, integration design, governance, collaboration with technical teams, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including at least 2 ECC implementations and 1+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementation

• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA, and S/4HANA’s advanced capabilities

• A solid understanding of IFRS/local GAAP reporting requirements

• Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and process transformation

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to translate business needs into technical solutions

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent (CPA/CA or SAP certification preferred)
