We are seeking a Senior SAP SD & Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant to support a global S/4HANA rollout for a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will act as the primary onshore consultant in Melbourne, working closely with global teams across Europe and India to deliver the Australian localisation of an established S/4HANA template. The role is LE-focused, with SD integration, and requires strong experience in end-to-end logistics execution within S/4HANA environments.

• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to align global template with Australian business requirements.
• Drive localisation activities including GST, ABN, and Australian pricing requirements
• Configure and extend SD & LE processes within S/4HANA
• Manage full lifecycle delivery: design, build, SIT, UAT, and cutover
• Configure key logistics processes including:
• Outbound and inbound delivery
• Picking, packing & Handling Unit (HU) Management
• Shipping point and route determination
• Ensure integration with:
• MM (Procurement) and FI (Finance)
• External 3PL providers via EDI/IDocs
• Support pharma compliance requirements (GxP/GMP) including batch and serialisation processes.
• Act as the onshore liaison between global delivery teams and local business stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 12+ years’ SAP experience with strong SD & Logistics Execution (LE) expertise
• Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations or rollouts (minimum 2 cycles)
• Deep knowledge of:
• Logistics Execution (LE) configuration
• Outbound logistics and shipping processes
• SD integration within order-to-cash
• Experience with Australian localisation, including:
• GST configuration
• ABN and invoicing requirements
• Strong integration experience with:
• EDI/IDocs (850, 855, 856, 810)
• External logistics/3PL systems
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or regulated environments, including:
• Batch management
• Serialisation
• Expiry date handling

• SAP EWM integration experience (direct or indirect)
• SAP GTS exposure
• Familiarity with TGA (Australia) regulatory requirements

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Comfortable operating as a sole onshore consultant
• Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work across multiple times.
