Your new role

The role of Senior Research Associate based in our Sydney CBD office will be part of a team of researchers responsible for creating a suitable pipeline of candidates through a variety of attraction strategies and market mapping activities for the Executive Search campaigns we are managing. You'll be required to engage with a large range of industry professionals generated from an unrivalled referral network and extensive database which has been established over many years. Our unparalleled brand and resources will enable you to actively identify and engage with the best candidates in the marketplace.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you'll be degree qualified with good excel skills and enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment, have an open, curious and analytical style, be innovative and have the ability to anticipate the needs of the team beyond the now. A prerequisite is the ability to successfully engage with individuals at all levels using your superb communication skills, and enjoy providing a first-class customer experience.
