Your new role

Due to someone in the team transferring interstate, our banking team have a new opportunity for someone to join them in the Lending space. This desk is warm, and overflowing with opportunity. Managing both temporary and permanent roles, this is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to step into a new sector to make it their own, or who simply wants to transfer their prior expertise over to a larger business ready to support them to develop their career further than they though possible.

• Highly motivated and sales driven with 2+ years agency recruitment experience involving cold Business Development.
• Committed and confident in
  building partnerships with customers
• Proud of your strong track record exceeding targets
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
• Ambitious
  to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
• Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
• Highly collaborative and possess strong interpersonal skills
