Your new role

As a Senior Manual Tester, you will take ownership of testing activities across multiple in‑house systems, with a strong emphasis on integration testing. You’ll design and execute manual test cases, validate system interactions, and ensure end‑to‑end functionality across interconnected platforms. The role also involves user interface testing, defect management, and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement and may provide guidance to junior testers.

What you'll need to succeed

• Around 10 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Extensive integration testing experience, including multi‑system workflows, API interactions, and data flow validation.
• Strong background in user interface testing for web and/or desktop applications.
• Experience working with in‑house or custom-built applications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments is highly regarded.
