• Oversee leasing, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and arrears management
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal procedures

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you must:

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential property management
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid driving licence
• Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
