For over 20 years, this Project Management consultancy has offered a range of multidisciplinary project services to their clients through project management, development management, tenancy delivery and property advisory services. With an exceptionally strong presence in the commercial and industrial sectors and a strong pipeline of work, a permanent position for an experienced Senior Project Manager is now available.

Your new role
  • Assisting in the overall management and delivery of a range of projects and programmes across various sectors, including Commercial, Industrial and Retail
  • Responsible for the outcome of complex projects or programs for internal and external clients
  • Managing multidisciplinary projects including program management, project management and integrated design services
  • Management of projects from end to end, ensuring they are set up for success, meeting the client’s needs and the proposed objectives are achieved
  • Contract negotiation and execution
What you'll need to succeed
  • A tertiary qualification relevant to construction, engineering, project management or architecture
  • Previous experience in a Senior Project Management or Project Manager role within a Project Management Consultancy
  • Ability to manage projects on behalf of external and internal clients, specifically buildings
  • Project Management experience from initiation through to completion and transition across a range of project sectors
  • A good understanding of technical ability and understanding of construction process and project parameters
  • An ability to interact with key stakeholders and represent the organisation in a highly professional manner
