Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex business transformation projects aligned to strategic priorities. This is not a technical IT role. Instead, you’ll focus on driving business change, engaging stakeholders, managing governance, and ensuring accountability for outcomes. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that make a real difference.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5–10 years’ experience leading business transformation projects
  • Proven ability to align project outcomes with strategic goals
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification
  • Experience in insurance, health, disability, or government sectors (highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability
