Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking developer builder, who pride themselves on their culture and their people, with good tenure and high-performing staff.
Through growth, they require an experienced senior PM to work closely with their Director and oversee a variety of residential developments.

Your new role

You will join them as their Senior Project Manager for the Sunshine Coast region, essentially their construction manager, leading a team of 8. This role will encompass all aspects of project management from project financials to client liaison and front-end design management for D&C projects. You will be supported by a competent CA and be well recognised for your ability to delegate tasks and provide mentorship. The current Project Portfolio is very healthy, while experience with Medium Rise Unit and Town house developments will be highly regarded.

What you'll need to succeed

We require an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record, managing Medium Rise Unit Developments and/or Town house Developments from c.$10m in build cost or more. Experience managing a team in commercial construction, providing mentorship and guidance will be well regarded. Tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction Management or experience with a trade qualification, both will be well regarded.
