Senior Project Managers – Lending Transformation | Loan Origination Platform

Location: Sydney CBD
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Type: Hybrid – onsite as required
Rate: $1000 - $1050 + Super per day (negotiable on experience)

An opportunity for multiple Senior Project Managers to lead enterprise-scale lending transformation programs using a next-gen SaaS loan origination platform that digitises the full lending lifecycle—from application through to disbursement.

These roles are critical to a major financial services technology provider’s expansion in Australia, supporting large-scale implementations across banks, lenders, and credit providers. You’ll work across product and delivery teams to guide clients through onboarding, configuration, and go-live.

About the Platform

This highly configurable platform competes with industry leaders such as Fenergo, nCino, Temenos LOS, Finvi, TurnKey Lender, LoanPro, and SimTREE. It supports personal, secured, SME, and retail credit products, with embedded finance, open banking, and real-time decisioning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of loan origination system implementations across multiple clients
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments, including C-level and executives
  • Run SteerCo meetings and executive presentations with confidence and authority
  • Oversee platform configuration, integration, and rollout
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Ensure regulatory alignment and operational readiness
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support throughout the implementation journey

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in Australia or 20+ years internationally in financial services
  • Proven success delivering lending or LOS implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
  • Resilient, confident, and able to navigate complex client environments
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, credit risk, and digital transformation
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects
