Your new role

In this senior-level position, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of a key campus development project. Reporting to executive leadership and working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll manage planning, execution, governance, and risk across the project lifecycle. The role is based in South Sydney and offers a hybrid working model (3 days in office). This is a strategic, business-facing role focused on institutional growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within the education sector.
• Strong capability in project planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, and benefits tracking.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and governance forums, with the ability to influence and communicate clearly.
• Commercial and analytical skills to support sound decision-making and strategic alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex information for a range of audiences.
• A proactive, organised, and outcome-driven approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively when needed.
