What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in project / program management, particularly in digital transformation projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• An ability to wear multiple hats and support with coordination and analysis as required

• Familiarity with current digital technologies and a track record of implementing new systems in complex environments

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly regarded
