One of Canberra’s largest commercial contractors requires a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $100M+ D&C Commercial Project. This flagship development is part of a robust pipeline of future projects, making it a prime opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role on a high-profile build.

Your new role

  • Oversee the operational and financial delivery of complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and collaborate with a high-performing project team to ensure excellence across all phases.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with critical milestones.
  • Source and manage materials and labour to meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects above $30M+.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in project scheduling tools and financial reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experienced Senior Project Engineers that are looking to step up are also encouraged to apply.
