We’re seeking a high-performing individual to lead cutting-edge projects in Electronic Warfare, Communications Systems, or RF Engineering, with a focus on maritime applications.

Your new role

Due to significant growth, this newly created position offers the opportunity to manage high-impact, below-the-line defence programs. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring technical excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Defence clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with Defence standards and security protocols.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects in the defence sector.
• Background in Electronic Warfare, Communications Systems, or RF Engineering in Maritime
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate Defence procurement and project governance frameworks.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance is essential.
