Your new role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic business projects aligned with organisational priorities. You will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.

• Engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders across business and technology teams.

• Ensure compliance with EPMO frameworks, governance standards, and reporting requirements.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where necessary.

• Mentor project team members and contribute to a high-performance delivery culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within large organisations, ideally within higher education.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes.

• Experience working within an EPMO or strategic transformation environment.

• Experience in benefits realisation, change management, and portfolio governance.

• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Power BI.
