Your new role
As a Senior Project Interior Designer, you will be involved in all stages of projects from concept design to design development, tender documentation, providing full life-cycle project management. Work with a creative and passionate team on deliverables, reporting to the Director and liaising with clients directly.

Key responsibilities
Client liaison and presentations (as required).
Defining the objectives and limitations of the design brief by consulting with clients.
Investigating and analysing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements.
Space planning & concept design. Formulating design into a concept design package.
Design Development in accordance with developed concept design.
Detailing and documenting selected design for construction – working with the team
Coordination with relevant consultants in general
Workmanship reviews (builders, joiners and furniture makers) and site visits and supervision.
What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in a Senior Interior Designer position; 6+ years ideally
Experience Interior Design with hotels, multi-residential and Food & beverage outlets
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent design, communication, both written & verbal communication skills
A comprehensive understanding of the design and delivery of interior projects from initiation to completion
Time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to lead and show initiative
