• Lead production support and troubleshooting, ensuring platforms meet SLAs.
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI solution implementation in a regulated industry.
• Maintain or obtain AWS certification in development, operations, or architecture.
• Strong AWS architecture and infrastructure-as-code experience (CloudFormation, Terraform).

• Experience in financial services and ITIL service management.
