A rare opportunity exists to join a well-established planning consultancy based in Sydney CBD. They have a strong client base with a variety of ongoing exciting projects and exposure to various niche developments. This business has a medium-sized team of talented planners currently in place and is currently looking for a progressive Senior Planner to join the team and contribute to the fantastic culture already in place.

Your new role

As a Senior Planner within this business, you will undertake a wide variety of projects across the private sector, local government and private developments.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Statutory approvals, feasibility assessments and property portfolio reviews on a national basis

• Social and environmental Impact Assessments and Statements

• Preparing Statements of Environmental Effects for major projects involving residential, commercial and mixed-use developments on a state significant scale.

• Stakeholder management, including liaison with councils, developers and state government agencies.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Planning as well as extensive NSW industry experience working as a Town Planner. This includes at least 3–4 years' in a Senior Planning position.
