Your new company
This State Government Agency is based in Sydney CBD with additional offices across NSW working on a range of large-scale infrastructure projects within NSW to support wider community growth requirements. They are now looking to bring on a Senior Statutory Planner to assist with new project requirements on an initial 6-month basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will work to provide specialist statutory planning advice to assist with key asset management strategies.
Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide knowledge-based advice and reports in line with local and state government legislative requirements impacting asset proposals in larger developments.
- Provide planning information services to internal and external parties addressing the impact of planning proposals and potential compliance limitations.
- Assist teams with the master planning processes and feasible pathways for infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with managers and team members in managing planning processes in line with both statutory and strategic legislative requirements to assure a clear understanding of the approval process.
**Part 4 & part 5 assessment experience in either the local government or private sector is essential.

You will receive a highly competitive rate of up to $750 per day + Super as well as an initial 6-month full-time contract working on a prestigious State government project.
