Your new role
The Senior People Partner (12-month fixed-term contract) will lead the People & Culture partnership to provide strategic people advice and support. Working closely with a team of 4 HR Business Partners and the employee relations and organisation development teams, other key accountabilities include facilitating organisational and cultural changes and delivering commercially-focused business solutions. This is an important role for contributing to the organisation's strategic objective of upholding a positive workplace environment, where employees can work to the best of their abilities each and every day.
What you'll need to succeed
The role requires a seasoned People Partner with generalist experience.
A background in both white and blue-collar industries, including energy and utilities.
Proven experience supporting employees at manager and leadership levels.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
A passion for people!
What you'll get in return
Remuneration: c.$190,000-200,000 (total package).
