Your new role

Within this position, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, and maintaining network security infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining network documentation.
• Undertaking research and development duties.
• Managing relationships with network vendors.
• Collaborating with the systems, cloud, and security teams.
• Troubleshooting network issues and performing root cause analytics.
• Participating in project planning and implementation for network security upgrades and migrations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience in the deployment and support of network security infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco and Fortinet.
• Experience with AWS and Azure networking / security is advantageous.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Cisco, Fortinet, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, Meraki, AWS, and Azure certifications are highly desirable.
• Australian Citizenship and be eligible to obtain Baseline security clearance.
