Your new role

In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in managing conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance across institutional and corporate banking activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide conflict of interest advice on transactions, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Oversee employee personal trading and manage potential conflicts.
• Independently design and implement automated regulatory compliance controls and stakeholder reporting.
• Support the Non-Financial Risk framework, including conflicts of interest policies and procedures.
• Act as Business Owner for the conflict of interest management technology solution, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and business requirements
• Manage a small team, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
