Your new role

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple entity structures
• Provide strategic advice on tax planning, structuring, CGT and business matters
• Review and oversee compliance work to ensure quality and timeliness
• Lead advisory engagements including forecasting, strategy and board reporting
• Mentor and develop team members to build capability and performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and broader business strategy

What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualified
• 10+ years’ experience in Australian public practice
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and reviewing complex work
• Strong technical knowledge across tax and business advisory
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capability
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
