Senior IT Support Technician
Looking for experienced IT Technicians!

A bespoke IT consulting firm based in Brisbane is seeking a permanent full-time Senior IT Support Technician to join their team. In this role you will lead complex projects, handle escalated issues, and manage a wide range of technologies across our client base.
Your new role
Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
- Design and maintain network infrastructure for a variety of clients
- Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and Azure AD
- Configure and manage WatchGuard firewalls and VPNs
- Deploy and manage physical and virtual servers
- Support and maintain cloud file systems such as Egnyte and SharePoint
- Provide frontline technical support and mentor junior team members
- Create and maintain technical documentation for client environments
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong technical depth across networking, server environments, Microsoft 365, and security infrastructure.Your key competencies will include:
- Proven experience in IT support and network design
- Strong capability with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- WatchGuard or equivalent firewall configuration experience
- Server deployment and maintenance experience
- Confident with documentation, troubleshooting, and client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- MSP background
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, or security
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a full-time permanent role with a long-standing IT consulting firm in Brisbane. You will be given long-term development and training opportunities. Annual salary is $80K - $100K + Super depending on skills/experience.
