Your new role

As the primary IT support contact for users across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional end-user support and ensuring a smooth rollout of user-facing technology solutions. You’ll be part of a global IT support team, responsible for maintaining systems, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and collaborating on strategic projects. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work closely with VIP stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing end user support for desktop, mobile, video conferencing, and peripheral devices
  • Supporting Windows 10/11, Office 365, and internally developed applications
  • Coordinating onboarding/offboarding and user account management
  • Assisting with infrastructure upgrades and global initiatives
  • Managing vendor relationships and asset inventory
  • Supporting AV setups and conference room technology

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 3 years in financial services
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, M365, Active Directory, and remote access tools
  • Proven background in VIP support and high-level customer service
  • Experience with MDM solutions and cybersecurity implementations (desirable)
