Your new role


The client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Integration Lead to provide leadership and technical oversight across the organisation’s Technology Change Program (TCP).

Accountabilities

  • Provide strategic ownership of the organisation’s integration platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.
  • Establish and enforce integration governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead the development and execution of the integration roadmap in support of the Technology Change Program.
  • Define and maintain enterprise integration architecture, including APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and data integration patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, application teams, data teams, and external partners.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in enterprise integration leadership roles within complex environments.
  • Proven expertise in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and data integration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid integration architectures.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and API lifecycle management.
