Your new role
The Senior Integration & Data Engineer leads the design, development and maintenance of secure, scalable integrations and data pipelines. The role ensures reliable data flows across complex systems, supports analytics needs, and provides technical guidance to team members and contractors.
- Design and deliver integration and data solutions across enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data platforms.
- Support analytics through well‑structured, governed data pipelines.
- Apply secure, automated deployment and monitoring practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain clear technical documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade, cloud‑native data and integration solutions, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing integration and data solutions across complex enterprise environments.
- Strong capability working with cloud‑based integration, data processing and automation services, particularly within modern cloud ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data pipelines, and large‑scale data processing architectures.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT development and best practices for scalable, high‑performance data workflows.
- Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, C#), with a focus on building reliable, secure and maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD practices and modern development tooling to support reliable delivery
