Your new role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions for our clients. This is a senior-level position requiring deep technical expertise and project leadership. The role is approximately 60% networking and 40% systems, giving you the opportunity to architect and deploy secure, scalable networks while also managing cloud and server environments. You’ll work closely with our team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced MSP setting, contributing to project delivery and technical strategy. This position offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a tangible impact.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong knowledge of IT applications, processes, and infrastructure—including virtualisation, storage, and cloud platforms
  • Proven experience in a project-focused role within an MSP, delivering tailored solutions across multiple clients
  • Advanced proficiency in networking technologies such as VLANs, LAG, VPNs, switching, and traffic prioritisation
  • Ability to design and implement secure, business-grade wireless networks, ensuring performance and scalability
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-centric technologies including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across servers, desktops, and network environments
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure, and Hyper-V, with a strong grasp of virtualisation best practices
