Senior HR Coordinator job in Sydney CBD working for a global retail brand

Global retail brand with store networks across ANZ and well established HR team in Sydney to support all employees at store and head office level. This business has a superb culture,

Your new role

Working in a well established, high-performing HR team, this role is a new addition and will focus on HR operational support.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing HRIS system (SAP) and employee database and records
  • Visa/VEVO checks and coordination
  • HR contract production and offer letters
  • Onboarding – end-to-end process for all levels of the business across ANZ
  • Working closely with HR leaders, TA and Managers
  • HR reporting and data analytics for head office
  • HR compliance, pre-screening testing and processes
  • Hr advice provision to employees on a first line basis including ER queries
  • Payroll administration assisting the payroll manager
  • Project work – supporting when the need arises

What you'll need to succeed

You will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources or Psychology
You will have a minimum 2 years HR experience full time and ideally in a medium to large HR team
You will have excellent tech skills including experience with SAP/Successfactors and excel
You will be confident, able to provide HR assistant advice on phone, email and in person
You will be happy and able to work in a very busy HR team with a high volume of work
You will be a team player, who is happy to take on other work when needed to support the wider team
