Your new role

This is a broad HR generalist position with a strong operational focus. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, advise on employment contracts and payroll matters, and support leaders with investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation. The role is based in South East Queensland, with regular travel to regional sites — one requiring day trips every few weeks, and another involving occasional overnight stays. After probation, you’ll have access to one day of remote work per week.
