Your new role
As a Senior Home Lending Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your own market presence across NSW's Northern Rivers region, helping customers achieve their property goals while growing a successful lending portfolio within a leading Big 4 bank.
In this role, you will:
- Own and grow a high-potential home and investment lending portfolio across the Northern NSW region
- Build strong relationships with customers, referral partners and local community networks to generate new business opportunities
- Leverage the strength of an established branch network while proactively developing your own referral sources
- Guide customers through the full lending journey, delivering tailored solutions across owner-occupied, investment and refinancing needs
- Become the trusted lending expert in your local market, known for providing exceptional service and advice
- Partner with branch teams and key stakeholders to maximise lending opportunities and drive customer outcomes
- Develop a strong pipeline of lending opportunities in an under-serviced market with significant growth potential
- Play a key role in expanding the bank's footprint across Northern NSW while building your own long-term success and reputation

What you'll need to succeed
Proven success in residential home lending, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes
Strong knowledge of end-to-end lending, including complex lending scenarios and credit assessment
A proven ability to build and grow your own pipeline through referral partnerships, community engagement and local networks
Confidence developing strong relationships with customers, branch teams and key stakeholders
A commercial mindset with a track record of achieving lending, referral and customer satisfaction targets
A strong focus on compliance, risk management and delivering exceptional customer experiences
An established network across Northern NSW will be highly regarded but not essential.
