You’ll be joining a major government division dedicated to strengthening environmental outcomes and supporting sustainable land use across NSW. The team delivers high‑value spatial and environmental programs that shape policy, conservation, and biodiversity initiatives.

Your new role

• Developing innovative geospatial applications that enhance biodiversity assessments.
• Using the ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder) to build intuitive, user‑focused tools.
• Ensuring high‑quality mapping, data management, and spatial analysis to support assessment reporting.
• Applying your understanding of ecology and natural resource datasets to deliver meaningful, environmentally impactful solutions.
• Contributing to programs aligned with the NSW Biodiversity Offsets Scheme.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in geospatial application development.
• Expertise with ESRI tools (ArcGIS Pro, AGO, Experience Builder).
• Skilled in spatial data analysis, mapping, and visualisation.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in environmental data, biodiversity, or natural resource management.

What you'll get in return

Contract till Oct 2026, Parramatta/Hybrid, $65-$75/hour (7 hours)
