Your new role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a high-performing product team focused on delivering scalable digital solutions. While your skill set will span both frontend and backend development, the role leans slightly toward frontend architecture using React and microfrontend design. You'll build server-side TypeScript microservices that integrate with backend-for-frontend layers and business APIs. The team is focused on feature development and campaign-driven enhancements, with a strong emphasis on code quality, stability, and internal collaboration. You’ll work alongside business analysts, QA engineers, and fellow developers in a mid-sized squad, contributing to technical discussions, development huddles, and build sessions.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrable Senior experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in React and Node.js, with exposure to microfrontend architecture
  • Experience writing scalable server-side TypeScript for modular services
  • Familiarity with AWS and Git-based source control workflows
  • Understanding of testing frameworks such as Storybook
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a distributed team
  • Background in corporate or FinTech-style environments; insurance experience is a plus
  • Ability to uphold engineering standards and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
  • Willingness to participate in a structured interview process including a coding challenge and behavioural assessment
