Your new role

Maintain compliance and accuracy with tax obligations including GST, FBT, income tax, and payroll tax, while liaising effectively with regulatory bodies such as the ATO and ASICStrengthen internal control frameworks and refine accounting policies to improve governance
Mentor and support finance team members, driving continuous improvement and promoting best practice

What you'll need to succeed

CA-qualified accountant with a strong academic foundation in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
In-depth knowledge of Australian taxation regulations, GAAP, and IFRS standards
Hands-on experience managing statutory filings with ATO and ASIC
Proven track record in financial accounting roles across mid-to-large corporate environments
Direct involvement in treasury management, audit coordination, and M&A support activities
Leadership & Communication Skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
Demonstrated capability in leading and mentoring finance professionals
High attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
