Your new role

Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include:

• End to end Accounts Payable management - oversee the purchase to pay process
• Supporting the Accountants with various tasks including; generating invoices, manage credit card/cash reconciliations, post journal entries
• SME and go-to for their newly implemented ERP; Recommend solutions/guide the accountants on process improvement and system functionality as well as liaise with IT/implementation support
• Working capital management: Manage weekly and monthly cashflow models as well as settlements

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in finance operations (AP/AR/GL), ideally in an SME or multi‑entity environment

• Demonstrated interest or experience in ERP systems, data flows, and process improvement

• Ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes and implement workable solutions

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; ability to work with models built by others

• Exposure to system implementation or major finance system change is highly advantageous

• A collaborative style and ability to act as the team’s “go‑to” problem solver
