Your new role

Reporting to both the Country Manager and APAC CFO, you will manage the finance function for ANZ, which includes:

• Responsibility for all accounting, reporting, compliance and analysis for ANZ
• Hands-on management of tax, banking and audit
• Partner with the business to set strategy and advise on key operational performance metrics
• Implement, improve and optimise processes
• Lead and manage finance team (on and offshore)

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified (CPA, CA or CIMA) finance leader that has progressed in your career up to a controller level. You will have proven experience of leading and managing a team as well as stakeholder management and collaboration. Exposure to IFRS15, revenue recognition and USGAAP/SOX would be a distinct advantage, as would experience working in a business with a matrix or multi-country structure. Experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical or similar industry would also be highly regarded,
