Your new role
As the Senior Field Service Technician, you’ll be the go‑to technical lead on site, responsible for keeping operations running smoothly while leading and supporting a team of Field Service Technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll still be on the tools, troubleshooting and fixing issues, but you’ll also be setting the standard for workmanship, safety and performance across the team. \

What you'll need to succeed

• A grade electrician license
• Minimum 3+ years experience post apprenticeship across the residential, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude with practical problem-solving skills
• Solid communication, teamwork and the ability to work independently
• Electrical knowledge is beneficial
• Unrestricted driving licence
• Familiarity with data centre environments is a plus.
