You will be joining a leading organisation within a premium corporate environment based in Docklands, Melbourne.
Working on-site, you will be part of a high-performing facilities team supporting a large-scale commercial portfolio, offering strong exposure and clear progression opportunities within facilities management.

Your new role

As a Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of facilities services across the site, operating at an Assistant Facilities Manager level with a focus on hard services.
You will work closely with contractors, vendors and stakeholders to ensure building operations run smoothly and meet service expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating contractors and service providers to ensure high quality service delivery
  • Managing maintenance requests and workplace tickets through internal systems
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting financial tracking
  • Assisting with budgets, accruals and forecasting processes
  • Overseeing hard services, including mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Monitoring KPIs and ensuring timely resolution of service requests

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in facilities management, property or a similar coordination role
Exposure to contractor or vendor management
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Familiarity with facilities management or maintenance systems
Exposure to hard services or technical environments will be highly regarded
