Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geologist to lead exploration and resource development activities at a major gold operation in Western Australia. This permanent FIFO position (8:6 roster from Perth) offers the opportunity to manage drilling programs and guide geological interpretation while supporting a high-performing team.

• Manage budgets and monitor project costs
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Support team development and succession planning
• Fulfil statutory responsibilities as required
• Plan and implement exploration and resource development programs
• Conduct geological analysis and interpretation

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive exploration experience
• Strong knowledge of gold mineralisation and WA geology
• Proficient in modern drilling methods and resource modelling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine)
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety and team development
• Permanent work rights in Australia
