Your new role
Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, policies, and guidelines
Leading environmental projects from scope development through to implementation
Conducting inspections, audits, and reporting under relevant licences and approvals
Managing environmental data to support decision-making and reporting
Delivering environmental training and inductions to staff and stakeholders
Maintaining the Environmental Management System to ISO 14001 standards

What you'll need to succeed

Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Management, or Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental management within heavy industry or similar complex environments
Strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance requirements
Proven ability to develop and implement environmental policies and procedures
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including report writing and presenting at executive level
