Your new role

As Senior Draftsperson, you’ll be responsible for producing detailed and accurate construction documentation using Revit. You’ll work closely with the design team while managing your own workflow independently, contributing to a variety of premium residential and multi-unit projects. This role suits someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a collaborative setting, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating and modifying construction drawings for high-end homes and townhouse developments
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure plans meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Managing drafting tasks across multiple projects and timelines
  • Supporting other departments with technical input and design solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and internal standards
  • Working autonomously while contributing to a cohesive team environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in residential drafting, ideally within high-volume or multi-residential construction
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit design software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while supporting broader business needs
