Your new role

As a Senior Draftsperson, you will play a key role in supporting the Drafting Manager and leading the preparation of high-quality documentation using
Archicad. You’ll be responsible for producing detailed working drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on unique, high-end custom homes and contribute to the design excellence the company is known for.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson in the residential construction industry
• Proficiency in Archicadis essential
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude and a passion for custom home design
