Your new company
Working with this successful and well-established privately-owned developer, you’ll help drive a national portfolio of projects from significant land development to residential developments.

Your new role
Your role as either a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager will see you based in Melbourne, reporting to the Managing Director. You will be a key member of the management team, driving the business and its developments forward, across several states. There will be a big focus on land development whilst having the opportunity to be exposed to additional built form projects. Your role will be to manage and deliver the full life-cycle of the developments, including planning, design, feasibility and delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a completed relevant degree and have a solid and proven professional background working on large Australian land development (Master planned communities) projects. Whilst you have access to plenty of support internally, to be successful in this role you must be able to work with autonomy, demonstrate confidence and possess strong communication skills. You will also need a true focus on delivering quality with solid commercial acumen.
